Headsets

Neptune Headsets can be submersed in water without any ill effects, as all cables and terminations are sealed. Options include:

Military-approved earpieces fitted both sides
Alternative: one earpiece with other side vented for external sound
Waterproof microphone on flexible stainless steel boom
Alternative: Throat microphone
Heavy duty coiled cable fitted with non-latching waterproof plug (for fixed systems, allowing easy emergency disconnection)
PTT fitted to headset if required

	Neptune CommSafe Industrial Safety Helmet/Headset (Shown fitted with flip-up ear defenders and boom microphone) Industrial safety helmet with internal adjustment for fit. Suitable for: Neptune Horizon, Neptune Freedom and CommSafe =GO mobile systems, fixed communication systems or linking to VHF/UHF hand-held radios.
	Advantage Single-sided Headset - lightweight version with elasticated headband and boom microphone One size fits all. Use alone or under helmet.
